Factory Tour
UniOne factory occupies 25,000-square-meters standardized workshop with 10 SMT production lines and 14 production lines for assembling, testing and packaging. UinOne mainly focus the market-oriented request and provide the high-end electronic product design, Electronic product processing business(EMS/ODM/OEM).
Compared to consumer type terminal manufacturers, UniOne factory can support flexible QTY delivery in order to help partners to build their own brand and channels. This Win-Win strategy could largely release the pain point of ODM / OEM business. With professional and scientific QA management system, the products quality are fully guaranteed.
MES system (manufacturing execution system) was implemented for strict production process control and testing standards in order to make the data produced by a series of factories informative and transparent. So the factory is able to respond quickly to changes in complex conditions and improve product quality and efficiency. The qualified rate of finished products is over 99.5%, a good rate than average level.
